Need help with chemistry..... help!!!!?

Start with finding the mass of water in this example. Find the volume of water contained by: 1mile x 1 mile x 0.57 inches. Then convert this volume into mass using the density of water. Next convert to moles. Using that you can calculate the energy required, and compare this to the amount of energy released by one ton of dynamite.
