DO you think I have some sort of reading problem? What type?

In the fourth grade, I fainted and hit a wall, being to close to it, fell back onto the concrete. Ever since then, I got head aches. I especially get head aches when I read any longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes when I read, I think I go to the next line when really, I'm on the same line as I had just read before, when I thought I had gone to the next. Sometimes when I read or write, I switch up letters. In the poem type called diamonte, my first reaction was to read as dynamite. I don't know where I got that from, but I didn't have any other wAy to read it. That happens when I read knew word that I haven't really used before. I have forgotten how to write my 's' and turned it around not knowing how to write it. I can read well, but not process it into my head. When I read, I see a flash on the paper that bothers me. I can read loud and clear, but I can't inderstand myself. When I look at the bored, and the letters are clumped to much together, I can't read it. If they are apart, then I read fine. That's pretty much it that I can tell you that you'll understand. Thanks for reading this! Please answer this.!
