Is Michele Obama irreplaceable?

My understanding was that Valerie Jarret got her that position so they could essentially sit on their bottoms and make a lot of money doing absolutely nothing- it was a scam job. It was all in the grand plan to sell them as a couple to the American people funded by the Communist/Socialist party. She is just a incompetent nincompoop like her husband, who did nothing to earn their current position.
