Instead of shrinking your tee's with water and heat , why don't you locate a dry cleaner who doe's sewing. Ask them to take in 2 inches on each side under each arm to fit your size. It will cost 2-3 dollars at the most for each t- shirt and you won't have to shrink them each time you wash them. Then you can wear your t -shirts again .
